Registration Procedures
PRODUCT REGISTRATION: Product Registration is strictly handled and guided by Pharm Aamina El Jamal who is the Head - Registration and Regulatory Affairs Unit. Applicants are advised to present their matters by e-mails via aaminajamal@agsqsa.org for better attention and services..
The following requirement are necessary to commence your Registration with the Agency for Good Standing, Quality & Standards Administration.
- Complete Product details
- Filling the original Application Forms which will be sent to you by the Head of Registration and Regulatory Affairs Unit.
- Making payment for processing of Application Forms.
- Local Certificate Papers(if any)
Agency for Good Standing, Quality & Standards Administration registration is applicable only the first time that an exporter wants to export a particular type or model of Products to Qatar. Agency for Good Standing, Quality & Standards Administration Product Certificate has a validity of five(5) years after which it is subject to renewal. The Procedures are explained below;
1. COMPLETION OF APPLICATION FORMS: Application forms must be duly completed for review and approvals before payment.
2.SUBMISSION OF REQUEST FOR PRODUCT CERTIFICATE(RFPC): This is a formal Application Letter for the release of approved Certificate addressed to:
HEAD - AGENCY FOR GOOD STANDING, QUALITY & STANDARDS ADMINISTRATION,
PORTS INSPECTION AND FISCAL POLICY IMPLEMENTATION DEPARTMENTS.

3. PAYMENT FOR APPROVED APPLICATION FORMS: You shall be guided by any of our Approved Attorneys on how to received your fees for further legal processing and preparation of your Request For Product Certificate(RFPC).
4. PROCESSING OF APPLICATIONS: After receipt and approval of any Application, the next phase is to process the application. This stage is majorly handled by any of our appointed team of Attorneys.
5. ISSUANCE OF APPROVED CERTIFICATES. The final stage is the issuance of the approved CERTIFICATE. This will be handled by the Appointed Attorney as soon as the necessary clearance has been done.
