Collection of Approved Certificates

COLLECTION OF APPROVED CERTIFICATE/S

 

As soon as the Applicant receives the “Notification of Product Approval Letter”  from the Registration and Regulatory Affairs Unit, he/she shall be requested to provide the evidence of payment for Trade Marks Coverage fee, Certificate Fee and Valid  Vat.

 

The above process shall be handled by the appointed Attorney who will in turn identify and confirm the below requirements;

 

1.             Original copy of confirmation letter from the Registration and Regulatory Affairs Departments.

2.             Original receipt of final Payment.      

3.             Two copies of the same receipt.

4.             Identification of  Documents

The Identification Particulars of the Approved Certificate will be by its Registration Number, Certificate Serial and Index Numbers.
